Compliance Specialist

Monitors trends within SOP Admin in regards to review quality of team members and department SOP creation capabilities. Collaborates with the SOP Admin Manager to notify of trends, discuss and co-develop possible implementation of new formats, guidance materials, and needed trainings. The SR Compliance Specialist within SOP Admin will also be responsible for more thorough reviews of SOPs and will act as a peer review to other team members prior to submission for final reviews to the SOP Admin Manager.

**Responsabilities**:

- Notify SOP Admin Manager of difficulties or issues with departments and/or employees submitting SOPs, following guidance, or being unresponsive to requests.
- Collaborate with the SOP Admin Manager for further internal training and development.
- Communicate with VES & VMC departments to assist with SOP guidance and process SOP reviews.
- Recommend and develop training/guidance/procedures to and with the SOP Admin Manager.
- Assist with training new hire employees on SOP Admin processes.
- Reports and communicates team performance to senior leadership and makes recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Pull necessary reports containing SOP Admin team statistics for senior management as needed. - Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per month
