Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, the Salesforce Operations Coordinator will join Kin + Carta's commitment to delivering quality software through an engaging and delightful experience to our clients, as well as support our Project and Client Leads. The **Salesforce** **Operations Coordinator** will work with others in our Operations Team to ensure accurate data and timely updates to our Salesforce system as well as other systems and processes. Every day at Kin + Carta is different and exciting, with new challenges to solve or opportunities to brainstorm and execute upon, so self-starters will do well in this environment. The Salesforce Operations Coordinator role requires attention to detail, the ability to locate and fix missing information, and manage multiple priorities: **Role responsibilities**: - Create project assignments and update them when requested. - Work to align resources without current assignments to internal work. - Perform audits on estimated vs. actual hours for resources on projects. - Make sure Salesforce aligns with the sold project details by coordinating with. fellow Operations team members. - Check reports to find wrong or incomplete data and investigate to have them all corrected/added in Salesforce. - Off-board employees from Salesforce. - Update Salesforce with long-term leave information. - Conduct Salesforce training as required. - Coordinate training for engineers based in the US and LatAm **Minimum qualifications**:**We want all new hires to succeed in their roles at Kin + Carta.
