This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work half the time virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires office

**What the day will look like**:
The successful person must demonstrate the ability to understand business issues, operating considerations, cost benefit analyses, and develop recommendations to business problems, as well as gain proficiency with IT processes.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
- Functional and technical knowledge (SQL, Data Modeling, etc.)
- Intermediate English
- Experience having worked in multinational or insurance companies (desirable)
- Communication skills and detail orientation
