**BUSINESS PLANNER**:

- Buenos Aires, Argentina**YOUR MISSION**:
En PUMA Argentina nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un analista para el área de Sales Planning, quien reportará al Teamhead y tendrá las siguientes tareas:

- Colaborar con la compra por puerta, definiendo el assortment a nível artículo en colaboración con el Sales Executive.
- Asegurar la compra adecuada de los productos de comunicación (Brand Range & Core Range/ Volume Drivers).
- Identificar las liquidaciones por bajo ST.
- Asegurar que todos los reportes estén actualizados para el manejo del negocio (Wrap Up, DPP, Segmenta, Highlight, Market Share).
- Trabajar en forma sinérgica con el área de Trade Marketing para planificar las ejecuciones in-store y vidrieras.
- Identificar los Best Sellers generando reposiciones o buscando reemplazo.
- Conocer el consumidor de cada puerta revisando de manera constante que cumpla con la segmentación definida.
- Asegurar el planeamiento en función del consumidor, las capacidades de las tiendas y la productividad.
- Armado de proyecciones de Sell Out por mes y línea
- Seguimiento y revisión de desvíos entre sell out y plan y sugerir acciones a realizar.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Graduado de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, o afines.
- 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Ingles intermedio (excluyente).
- Manejo de Paquete Office avanzado.
- Manejo de Power BI.
- Relaciones colaborativas y marcada orientación a resultados.
- Establecimiento de prioridades, comunicación transparente y capacidad de análisis.
