We welcome **passionate** warriors and are currently looking for a **Compliance Projects Analyst. **The** Compliance Projects Analyst **will assist in ad hoc and project work as required for all online gaming operations in compliance with the different jurisdictions e.g. remediation projects, and process changes.
**What you will do**:
- Working with Business Analyst and QA Department as required to ensure the timely submission of reports to management team, escalating late delivery or non-compliance to formats
- Assist in the production of some parts of the Project/Programme Forum papers, Programme Board agendas and other reporting activities; take actions and minutes at some internal project meetings & management of milestone and project data in core tools
- Analyze and support to both the Compliance requirements and Commercial Strategy
- Execute the program management structure and processes for ensuring ownership, execution and tracking of all deliverables.
- Set up check points, steer cost, and project’s follow up and work stream status.
- Escalation and solutioning of integration challenges
- Provide input on the Product Roadmap; actively identify and solution for risks and constraints; continually identify dependencies and coordinate with dependent teams
- Maintain and prioritize their team's product backlog(s); facilitate feature mapping, break features into stories, define acceptance criteria, ensure capacity for enablers and defects
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Industrial or Systems Engineering or equivalent.
- Mandatory minimum 2 years of experience in related positions.
- General knowledge of Projects Management and collaborative tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and professional networking skills
- Advanced analytical abilities.
- Manage to deliver in time each task assigned
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
