Customer Service Representative

You are the **liaison** between Klöckner Pentaplast (kp) and the Customer You coordinate all in-house contact with assigned customers, salespeople and kp employees who are placing orders or making inquiries relative to product availability, orders, order status, or shipment dates.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Maintain customer master data and pricing in Klöckner computer systems
- Answer customer/salespersons questions on the status of the orders.
- Follow the production flow of all orders and expedite orders when necessary.
- Advise customers concerning estimated delivery schedules and maintain follow-up to ensure optimum performance on delivery schedule.
- Maintain an updated customer order shipment date for all orders.
- Advise all relevant departments concerning order changes.
- Serve as liaison between assigned salespersons and all in-house contacts.
- Enter and maintains reserves when agreed to for assigned accounts.
- Help maintain library of product samples so that samples are available when requested by customers.
- Keep manager advised of all customer related problems.

**Your Profile**:

- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong English skills both written and verbally
- You have strong computer skill
