**Job Functions**
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven solutions that operate reliably across multiple platforms, technology stacks, and business environments.
- improve operational efficiency, user experience, and business decision-making.Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies to keep our solutions innovative and competitive.
- Build scalable and maintainable AI pipelines, ensuring performance, reproducibility, and smooth hand-offs to engineering and product teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with managers, and stakeholders to align AI development with business goals. PURPLE
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of AI models, training processes, deployment steps, and ongoing updates to support transparency and reproducibility.
- Ensure code quality and system reliability through rigorous testing, version control, and adherence to best practices in AI/ML development.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation through AI across the organization.

**Skills**
- Proven experience developing AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Solid grasp of OOP, functional programming, and algorithm design.
- Proficient in at least one major framework: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML/DL models.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI models into web apps, APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiar with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker).
- Experience deploying AI solutions using cloud services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
- Able to identify and implement state-of-the-art models relevant to business needs.
- Ability to process, clean, and prepare large datasets.
- Knowledge of SQL, Pandas, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
- Skilled in writing maintainable code and documenting AI systems.
- Ability to clearly explain model behavior, performance, and limitations to both tech and non-tech stakeholders.

**Compensation/Salary**: $35-$40 hourly / (based on prior experience) 20 hours per week to start.

Pay: $47,500.00 - $54,200.00 per hour
