About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Lead AI Developer to help scale a cutting-edge AI platform - a RAG-based, multi-agent system that automates complex workflows across design, operations, finance, and compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who can architect intelligent infrastructure, connect multi-modal models, and lead a growing team of developers to bring an AI-powered SaaS product to life.

Responsibilities
  • Architect RAG-based query systems trained on real company data
  • Build and orchestrate LangChain / LangGraph / LangSmith agent workflows
  • Integrate LLMs with structured data and real-time context retrieval 
  • Implement automations in n8n and other workflow tools
  • Lead and mentor a small team of junior developers
  • Help bring an AI-powered SaaS product to market
Requirements
  • Strong experience with RAG, LangChain, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
  • Skilled in automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Airflow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1-C2 level)
  • Experience launching SaaS or multi-tenant AI platforms
  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys building systems that think and adap
