**Requirements**:
- +3 years working in the talent attraction area.
- Conducting interviews by competencies.
- Headhunter skills.
- Conversational English.
- It is a plus if you have worked in communication agencies.
**Activities**
- In charge of cycle of the internal talent attraction process.
- Hunting.
- Phone filters and interviews by competencies.
- Monitoring of the recruitment process.
- Management of recruitment tool.
- Organizational development activities.
