**What We Are Looking For**:
ThirdLove's Social Team is looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our passionate, collaborative, close-knit, and top-tier team to enhance internal and external growth. As ThirdLove's Social Media Assistant, you'll be on the front lines of building and strengthening our organic social community as you'll be the voice of ThirdLove's IG and TikTok presence. You'll efficiently manage communications with our audience via DMs and comments by upholding our brand voice, tone, and values. Through connecting with our audience, managing the posting cadence, and analyzing performance you'll approach each task with innovative ideas, creative problem solving, and a positive and energetic spirit. In addition, you'll help with smaller graphic design projects: stories, posts, reels and more. From building assets to posting to engaging with the community, you'll gain hands-on experience in many aspects of ThirdLove's social media world.

**What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference**:

- Managing, communicating with and educating the ThirdLove organic social audience.
- Foster relationships with audience, creators, and consumers on Instagram and TikTok.
- Support Customer Service Team by effectively answering inquiries, escalating high-priority customer outreaches, and more.
- Provide professional and engaging responses that are in line with brand guidelines to community questions and comments.
- Share community feedback with appropriate cross-channel partners.
- Stay up-to-date with trending topics and communicate relevant opportunities to the team.
- Help create stories, posts and reels/tiktoks.
- Publish and maintain regular posting cadence.
**Who You Are**:

- Love for social media, content, and empowering women.
- Social media, customer service or related experience preferred, but not required.
- Pride yourself on your ability to create a fun and inclusive online community.
- Creative problem solver with an optimistic mindset.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate well with others both internally and externally.
