**Pricinpales desafíos del rol**:

- Realizar auditorías internas de procesos financieros, operativos y regulatorios.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos actuales.
- Diseñar e implementar recomendaciones para optimizar la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento normativo.
- Preparar informes de auditoría y comunicarlos a los níveles directivos.

**¿Qué valoramos?**:

- Profesionales graduados en Administración, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en auditoría interna.
- Conocimientos sólidos en mejora de procesos, cumplimiento normativo y análisis financiero.
- Habilidades para gestionar proyectos de auditoría y trabajar de manera colaborativa.
- Habilidades de comunicación y coordinación excepcionales para trabajar en equipo y con diferentes áreas de la empresa.
- Conocimiento en Oracle, SQL y Power BI (deseable)
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (excluyente) - Portugués (deseable).
