At Directa24 we are looking for an Internal Audit Analyst with some background specially in mapping process. You will be responsible first for documenting all processes and then for establishing controls and recurring tests.
The Audit's team challenge right now it's to deploy the Internal Audit mindset, bring a cross-company visibility of all the process and finally be able to work as a reassurance for the stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
Work together with the areas to understand all the process;
Create flowcharts and document the process;
Make sure all Directa24's process are documented;
Manage the creation of the main Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
Help in the development of a risk management tool;
Work together with managers to establish control mechanisms;
Use those mechanisms to make sure that the process are working as expected.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree in related areas;
Advanced level of Spanish;
Some background with internal audit;
Experience in process mapping and flowchart creation (BPM);
Intermediate Google Office Tools user;
Proactive, teamwork and communication skills;
Familiarity with payments industry is a plus;
Advanced level of English and Portuguese is a plus.
This is a full-time 100% remote position
