Support FamilySearch’s mission by leading and supervising operational processes in the South America South Area. This role coordinates service missionaries, ensures quality execution of processes, and helps members progress in their family history and temple preparation efforts.
- Supervise one or more macro-processes: Records, Missionaries, Family History Center Support, User Support, and the Virtual Center.
- Lead, train, and motivate service missionary teams.
- Create and update records and help processes
- Maintain and update operational procedures, training materials, and documentation.
- Create, update and verify records training materials.
- Delivers performance reports on the assigned area.
- Manage access, tools, and resources required for operational work.
- Ability to understand a problem, envision a desired outcome, design a strategy to satisfy the outcome, and organize and execute a program or project that fulfills the outcome.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, talent development, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to excel on both a strategic and tactical level.
- Fluency in English required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on the primary goals.
- Availability to work on-site at the Buenos Aires Temple offices.
- Preferred: valid driver’s license.
