Principales responsabilidades: Reclutamiento y selección de personal Cumplimiento de indicadores de la empresa Realizar entrevistas iniciales y especializadas Seguimiento de procesos Colabora con búsquedas del negocio

**Requisitos**:
**Universitario graduado**: Psicología, RRLL, RRHH Inglés: avanzado Portugués: deseable Experiência (mínimo 5 años) en reclutamiento y selección de personal Uso de diferentes plataformas para publicar Manejo de perfiles Operativos, administrativo, comerciales y gerencial Preferentemente con conocimiento en aplicación de evaluaciones psicométricas Buscamos personas proactivass, dinámicas y flexibles.
