**Acerca del Rol**

Buscamos un Gerente de Nube que se enfoque en el crecimiento de clientes y la captación de nuevos socios en nuestro portafolio de servicios en la nube. Este rol es clave para fortalecer las sinergias internas entre compras, marketing de productos, y recursos de ventas técnicas.

**Lo Que Harás**
- **Gestión de Proveedores y Planificación Estratégica** (30%).
- **Reuniones con Clientes y Reclutamiento de Socios** (20%).
- **Gestión y Desarrollo del Personal** (20%).
- **Responsabilidad de P&L y Logro de Objetivos**: gestión de ingresos y márgenes en el portafolio de nube (20%).
- **Gestión de Inventarios y Riesgos**: depreciación y fin de vida útil (10%).

Lo Que Buscamos

**Experiência**:

- 5 a7 años en roles relacionados con la nube, incluyendo experiência en plataformas como AWS, Azure o Google Cloud.
- 3 a 5 años gestionando equipos, con habilidades en liderazgo y desarrollo de personal.

**Educación**:

- Se prefiere título universitario en áreas relacionadas con tecnología o administración.

**Condiciones de Trabajo**:

- Disponibilidad para viajar (50%).
- Entorno profesional, con horarios flexibles.

**Habilidades Requeridas**:

- Dominio de inglés intermedio
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo, con capacidad para gestionar relaciones con proveedores y clientes.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas.
- Conocimiento en gestión de proyectos y metodologías ágiles (PMP, Scrum) es un plus.
