In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development and delivery of cloud-based solutions for our customers, ensuring high standards of performance, security and scalability.

Cloud Engineering Manager
, you'll manage a team of highly skilled cloud engineers, drive innovation in cloud solutions, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business goals.

How You Will Make
An Impact

• Lead and manage a high-performing cloud engineering team, providing mentorship, professional development, and guidance to ensure both individual and collective success.
• Define and execute the cloud engineering strategy, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and technical best practices.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud projects, ensuring the team delivers scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions within the established timeline and budget.
• Collaborate with senior management to define the cloud services roadmap and ensure it is aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary technical touchpoint and driving customer satisfaction by delivering cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
• Drive process improvements within the cloud engineering team, ensuring best practices are implemented for cloud architecture, automation, security, and operational efficiency.
• Manage resource allocation and hiring, ensuring the right skills are available to meet the changing needs of projects and business initiatives.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure is scalable, resilient, and secure, leveraging automation and monitoring tools to optimize performance and costs.
• Oversee the budgetary and financial management of cloud-related projects and services, ensuring their profitability and that they are in line with the established financial objectives.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
• Work closely with other departments (Sales, Product, IT Operations) to ensure alignment and successful execution of cross-functional initiatives.
• Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, identifying new opportunities to improve cloud solutions and maintain a competitive advantage.

What You Will Bring
To The Table

• Proven experience in Cloud Engineering, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, and 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure (optional) and Google Cloud (optional) , with a deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in Managing Security services and projects.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams, guiding technical direction and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Good business sense and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring the delivery of value to customers and stakeholders.
• Experience managing cloud architectures and infrastructure, including automation, security best practices, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in cloud automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar.
• Experience in cloud security management, compliance policies, and risk management (e.g., IAM, encryption, vulnerability management).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies and work in an agile development environment.
• Advanced English

• 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
