**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The Fixed Assets Senior Analyst reports directly to the FA Team Lead. The primary function is to be
responsible for a wide range of Fixed Assets tasks, including financial D&A analysis, reporting,
reconciliations, and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Monthly Project Commitment and Expenditure reporting. Ensure all

closing activities are done timely and accurately
- Responsible for capitalization, closure, supplement and decommitment of projects
- Works with project managers to break-out large projects into components and capitalize

accordingly
- On a monthly basis, prepares and analyzes capitalized interest schedule and records

related journal entries
- Responsible for reviewing, posting, and logging of journal entries necessary for

month-end close and for one-off adjustments
- Responsible for owning monthly reconciliation of assigned accounts, including research

and follow-up
- Responsible for preparation of quarterly reports due to Air Liquide Head Office, including

analysis on depreciation variations
- Assists with Target and Reforecast
- Assists with both internal and external audit requests
- Prepare an Update own Capacity file in order to list the activities performed and the time

consumed by each of them
- Prepare and Update detailed mapping process file and share it with the management.

**Qualifications**
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

**Experience/Certifications**
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in Accounting role
- Preferred Oracle experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Results oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience in shared service center preferred
- Experience in multinational company desirable

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Ability to work and take initiative in a matrix organization
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity
- Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements

**Language Requirements**
English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
Spanish mandatory
