**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The Fixed Asset Analyst reports directly to the Fixed Asset Team Lead. The primary function of the position is to provide analyses, reports and answers to any fixed assets requests from internal clients.. The junior analyst will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Data Entry and Record-Keeping**:

- Responsible for Monthly Project Commitment and Expenditure reporting. Ensure all close activities are done timely and accurately.
- Responsible for capitalization, closure, supplement and decommitment of projects
- Works with project managers to break-out large projects into components and capitalize accordingly
- On a monthly basis, prepares and analyzes capitalized interest schedule and records related journal entries
- Responsible for reviewing, posting, and logging of journal entries necessary for month-end close and for one-off adjustments
- Responsible for owning monthly reconciliation of assigned accounts, including research and follow-up
- Responsible for preparation of quarterly reports due to Air Liquide Head Office, including analysis on depreciation variations
- Assists with Target and Reforecast
- Assists with both internal and external audit requests

**Qualifications**

Education

Students in 3rd or 4th year, majoring in Public Accounting, Business Administration or similar.

Knowledge and Skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity
- Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements
- Understanding of financial analysis and statistics
- Skills in Google Suite

Language Requirements

English: Intermediate - Advanced English

Spanish: Mandatory
