Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency using Kaizen and TPS as platform. Analysing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement Represent Allkem in the relationship with Toyota Tsusho, TASA and PPES reporting plans, targets and progress Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives such as Kaizen and TPS Leveraging into SDV and other assets the efforts of Kaizen and TPS in SDJ. Preparing reports on operational performance related to Kaizen and TPS projects Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Establishing standards for other departments to follow when processing

**Requisitos**:
At least 5 years of experience in the industry in areas of Manufacturing, Quality and/or Operational Excellence. Proved experience in the tools and systems associated with continuous improvement, such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc. Familiarity with quality systems and certifications. English proficiency Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
