Lead a team of senior software developers in the building of API Microservices utilizing a standard Spring Boot technology stack. Additionally, participate and lead the transformation of the API team to participate in full stack development.
**Microservices Technology Stack**: GroovySpring Boot API Microservices (latest version)Spring Components: Security/OAUTH2, API Gateway, EurekaSpock Testing / Postman API functional testingMongoDbDocker hosted within AWS ECS
**Frontend Web Application Stack**: Fully responsive hybrid app: browser, native tablet, native phoneVueJSTypescriptIonic FrameworkCypress Testing
**Must Have**:
- 5+ years of experience as a senior team lead
- 5+ years of experience participating within an Agile methodology
- Experience partnering and communicating with external customers
- Automated testing best practices as a part of your development methodology
- Ability to assist and hold a team of Senior Developers accountable to commitments
- Ability to lead by example using common enterprise-level development best practices
- Ability to problem solve strategically within the context of the project delivery goals
- Ability to orient delivery goals (features, quality, timeline) towards the customer’s needs
- Ability to facilitate respectful debate within a team and find a solution as a team
- Ability to communicate in English
**Nice to Have**:
- 15+ years of experience as a professional developer
- 8+ years of experience as a senior team lead
- Scrum master experience
- AWS DevOps experience
- Other leadership experiences
Work Remotely, Direct Contract Work and compensation in Dollars.

Pay: $3,866.00 - $6,443.00 per hour
