In Vates you will participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed in different parts of the world. We are looking for proactive leaders, oriented to teamwork, passionate about programming in this language and who seek to provide the best experience to the end user.

**Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Brings tools and techniques to help the team absorb scrum practices, principles, values and roles
- Guides and coaches the organization on scrum practices (guards and supports the scrum process)
- Servant leader and facilitator of team meetings, team decision-making and team maturity
- Protects the team from interruptions

**Key Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum or Kanban teams
- 3+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Desire and ability to work within a highly collaborative environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience training teams and large groups is a plus
- Expertise with agile engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development, and Pair Programming is a plus
- Requires proven experience in change management, status reporting, and issue/risk management.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. Possesses the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
- Fluent English
