Como **Software Engineer Backend** en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.

Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y **siendo responsable de**:

- Entender el negocio de CBT Fulfillment para luego diseñar y coordinar en conjunto con los equipos de FULL Core soluciones escalables teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del negocio de CBT - FMB.

- Participar en el diseño de la solución de nuestras iniciativas, tomando un rol protagónico en las definiciones internas y participando en mesas con otros equipos para llegar a soluciones acordadas.

- Garantizar la disponibilidad y el óptimo funcionamiento de los servicios backend y frontend.

- Crear y manejar sistemas de monitoreo y alertas.

- Gestionar y solucionar incidentes, asegurando la retroalimentación de procesos mediante lecciones aprendidas.

- Automatizar tareas y procesos.

**¿Qué buscamos en vos?**

- Tener experiência como Backend Developer en Go y/o Java, así como también conocimientos con algún lenguaje de programación Frontend, es deseable.

- Poseer conocimientos en gestión de bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL.

- Haber manipulado y explotado datos.

- Tener experiência analizando requerimientos funcionales y de producto.

- Manifestar experiência estableciendo acuerdos efectivos con otros equipos y stakeholders.
