Buscamos profesionales con pasión por el desarrollo backend y el diseño de sistemas escalables que transformen modelos de IA en productos reales y confiables. Modalidad y Misión Modalidad: Híbrida / Remota Misión: Diseñar, construir y operar soluciones de IA robustas, enfocadas en la integración de LLMs (incluyendo las APIs de OpenAI) y el desarrollo de backend de alto rendimiento. Rol: Semi-Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer ¿Qué Esperamos de VOS? Buscamos un perfil técnico universitario con mínimo 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y una sólida base en ingeniería de ML/IA. 1. Ingeniería de Software & Backend (Core) Dominio Avanzado de Python (experiencia con frameworks como FastAPI, Flask). Experiencia comprobada en el diseño e implementación de APIs RESTful y Arquitecturas de Microservicios. Manejo de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). 2. Inteligencia Artificial & LLMs Experiencia práctica en la integración y fine‑tuning de modelos de IA/LLM en productos en producción. Conocimiento de Frameworks de LLM (ej. LangChain, LangGraph) para orquestación de aplicaciones de GenAI. Experiencia directa en la integración de APIs de OpenAI y otros servicios de IA. 3. MLOps, Cloud & Escalabilidad Experiencia con contenedores (Docker) y despliegue en entornos Cloud (AWS, GCP o, preferentemente, Azure). Familiaridad con herramientas de MLOps y CI/CD para automatización de despliegues (ej. ArgoCD, Opsera, Orion). Habilidad para configurar monitorización, logging y observabilidad de servicios de IA (ej. Grafana, Dynatrace).
