You will work within the Physical Security department, in a Prevention and Protection area that is responsible for analyzing statistical data to recommend preventive actions to manage risks.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You have an investigative mindset and great attention to details which enable you to spot trends and discrepancies and identify underlying reasons.
- You will focus on the proposals for standardization and innovation of the processes and their efficient management through the available computer tools.
- You will manage and operate BI tools (such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to perform queries, visualizations, and analysis, participating in the integration of tables, generating connections, modeling data; as well as databases (such as JDE / AS400, SQL, Oracle, or similar), facilitating the analysis of large volumes of data.
- Manage and improve functionalities and interfaces of ticketing platforms, under web environments (such as JIRA, Service Now, or similar).
- Analyze and propose improvements in operational processes.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and suppliers externally and internal.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or be a student in industrial engineering, systems engineering or related field with at least 2 years of experience in Risk, Security or Fraud Analysis as a minimum of 2 years.
- Advanced knowledge of Office tools, specifically in Excel (Pivot tables / Graphs).
- Management of platforms and web databases as a Qlik Sense, Power BI or/and Tableau are desirable.
- Being comfortable with numbers and data analysis, bringing advanced knowledge of MS Excel to the table.
- Intermediate knowledge of English (not exclusive).
- Teamwork oriented. Results driven. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in MS Office programs.
- A driver’s license is desirable.
- Detail-oriented and creative abilities are required, be analytical and very oriented to the solutions.
