**IT Security Analyst**

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Develop company-wide best practices for Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001);
- Develop and implement plans to safeguard digital data from accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure; adheres to emergency data processing needs.
- Review violations of security procedures; provides training to ensure violations do not recur.
- Monitor and restricts access to sensitive, confidential, or other high-security data.
- Perform risk assessments, audits, and tests to ensure proper functioning of data processing activities and security measures (Tenable.io)
- To be a strong team player that can work independently with mínimal oversight when required.
- Management of and liaise with CrowdStrike and any other cyber security programs in place.
- Management and oversight of the company’s Cyber Security Training & Awareness programs and initiatives.
- Management and oversight of Cyber Security related installations on internal and external PCs, servers, mobile devises and any/all devises used by staff in the conduct of business on behalf of the company.
**Skills And Experience**
- Three years of IT security experience or an equivalent in relevant academic experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux/Windows, AWS Cloud, ITIL and ISO27001
- Familiarity with security tools such WSUS, GPO, AWS Cloud (network firewall, WAF, IAM roles), Tenable.io, CrowdStrike and Dynatrace
- Analytical mindset for analyzing security threats operating in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with security response procedures on platforms or custom-built tools.
