**Prysm Grou**p** is seeking a full-time, highly organized, and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the delivery and management of its executive education and corporate learning programs. The Operations Associate is responsible for the day-to-day management of program cohorts, including using the Canvas LMS to manage the program and cohort material on an ongoing basis, issuing digital and physical completion certificates, and managing and preparation of referral codes, among various other tasks.

**What you will do**
- Use Canvas LMS for the day-to-day management of program cohorts, including adjusting weekly announcements, preparing weekly planners, confirming assignment due dates and module releases, and confirming that the calendar shows the correct office hours for each cohort.
- Confirm the successful completion of the program by participants through grade and module completion review.
- Work with support team members to ensure that support tickets related to the program platform are adequately addressed promptly.
- Issue digital and physical certificates for program participants who have successfully completed the program, ensuring the correct certificate templates are used in each issuance.
- Prepare referral codes after every cohort completion and share them with the sales team for distribution.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in general business or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in program management is preferred.
- Experience with the Canvas LMS is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized and able to work both independently and with teams.
- Interest in the business of emerging technologies.
- Comfort with developing and leading client relationships.
- Interest in working in a fast-moving, distributed team.

**Location **:Fully Remote (work from home) within Eastern Standard Time (EST).
