**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced **Web & Design Lead** to lead and oversee our client’s design department. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong management capabilities and a keen eye for design excellence. You will focus on guiding the design team, ensuring smooth project execution, and coordinating with freelance designers, while also contributing to hands-on design tasks when needed.

**Advanced proficiency in Figma and web design is required.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead and manage a team of freelance web designers to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of web design assets across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and cutting-edge design.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the design department to align with organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Provide hands-on design support for high-priority or overflow projects when needed.
- Review and approve creative work, offering constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently across web design projects.
- Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the team’s output remains innovative and competitive.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design roles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite**, **Figma**, and other relevant design software.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web design work across various niches and platforms.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and coordinating with freelancers.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.

**Position**:Web & Design Lead**

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Preferred Location**: Global

**Working Hours**: 8 am to 5 pm EST

**Holidays**: US Local Holidays

**Salary**: USD 2200 to USD 2500 per month
