Are you a passionate and experienced Digital Design leader ready to work with some of the world's most recognized global brands? Hogarth Buenos Aires is seeking a Head of Digital Design to join our dynamic team This pivotal role is split between two key areas: developing high-quality digital design across online, social media, OOH, and other collateral materials, AND leading & inspiring creative teams in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do Take briefs from internal and external clients and develop them from concept to final delivery. Create on-brand, high-quality digital assets within agreed timelines. Collaborate with creative leadership, clients, and global teams. Lead and coordinate designers to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding work. Present ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients. Proactively solve problems and escape to escalation when needed. What we're looking for Proven experience in design or creative teams within the industry. Strong background in digital design and production. Excellent conceptual, design, and typography skills. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (mandatory). Experience with automation tools is a plus. Strong retouching and visualization skills. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
