**About The Role**:
Andela is looking for a highly enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who has experience in digital marketing, ideally for marketplaces, startups or digital marketing agencies.

You will be working closely with colleagues across not only the Talent Marketing team, but the Growth and Product teams as well with the goal of strategizing and optimizing campaigns.

The most important aspect of this role is to be dynamic and able to complete a variety of different types of tasks and to be able to prioritize with the Senior Marketing Manager those areas which would have most beneficial by your involvement.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of the strategy by delivering on key projects and liaising and coordinating the team
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and implementing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Work with regional marketing leaders and growth and brand teams to warranty performative campaigns
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
- Contribute to marketing efficiency by identifying short
- and long-range issues to be addressed
- Supervise ongoing campaign performance and optimize based on results
- Assist in measuring the return on investment for each campaign
- Coordinate all the marketing campaigns and initiatives with growth and performance teams
- Coordinate with creative and design teams to deliver required assets for performance campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites
- Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share standard methodologies, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the teams

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of digital marketing experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role at a software company, marketplace, digital marketing agency or startup preferred.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with research using data analytics software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a tendency to over-document and over-communicate: we are fully remote, so this is very meaningful.
- A data-driven and customer-centric approach. Organized and strategic.
- Humble and willing to learn/grow. We need confident and capable leaders who want to help each other succeed as much as they want to support our talent to succeed.

**Nice to have (but not crucial)**
- Experience working with a technical or developer persona
- Agile work experience: you have worked in sprints and delivered incrementally on projects over time
- Experience dealing with budgets and forecasting
