**What you will do**:
- Perform regular QA testing to identify and fix issues before they affect users
- Assess and prioritize incoming user issues based on severity, urgency, and impact on the user experience
- Determine whether issues can be resolved at Level 1 or need escalation to higher-level support or development teams
- Employ troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve user issues
- Offer clear and simple solutions to users, ensuring their problems are resolved in a timely manner
- Identify and document bugs reported by users
- Contribute to the creation and updating of a knowledge base, FAQs, and support documentation to assist users in resolving common issues independently
- Work closely with QA, development, and higher-level support teams to escalate complex issues
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- Excellent English language (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Familiarity with QA Methodologies
- Mastery of Automated Testing Tools
- Proficiency in Manual Testing
- Skill in Mobile, API, Performance and Security Testing
- Expertise in Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing
- Skill in Mobile, API, Performance, Security Testing
- Understanding of Web Technologies
- Experience with Version Control Systems
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
**Will be a great plus**:
