**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with scalable networking technologies (e.g., Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (e.g., REST APIs, web security mechanisms).
- Experience with deployment and orchestration technologies such as Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, OpenStack, Jenkins.
- Experience in system administration tasks in Linux, Unix, or Windows.
- Familiarity with standard IT security practices (e.g., encryption, certificates, key management).
- Understanding of open source server software such as NGINX, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch.

In this role, you will support customer implementation of Google Cloud products, architecture guidance, best practices, data migration, capacity planning, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve complex Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps issues.
- Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
