The position helps ensure that projects are developed, implemented, and launched successfully by monitoring resources and information. In addition, they maintain control forms and schedules for each task while also organizing meetings to bring together all stakeholders involved with a particular project.
**Employment classification**: Contractor
**Monthly USD Payment**: $700.00
**Report directly to**: President
**Responsibilities**:
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Take notes during meetings
- Research
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
- Manage various projects
- Liaise with team leaders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Monitor project progress with internal teams and assist with management
- Make sure that objectives are met as projects evolve
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- System testing
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a project coordinator, assistant, or similar role is preferred
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable of project management tools (e.g. ASANA or Trello)
- BS in Business Administration or related field
