Nos encontramos en la busqueda de un Software engineer, para sumarse al equipo de Suga. Con interes a sumarse a un equipo dinamico, con grandes desafios.

**Responsabilidades**: Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de software, especializándose en backend con Node.js y/o frontend con React y Typescript, con la posibilidad de manejar ambas áreas (fullstack) siendo un plus. Colaborar con equipos de UX para la implementación efectiva de interfaces de usuario, siguiendo estándares de diseño y experiência de usuario. Comprender e interpretar diseños de soluciones técnicas, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo y clientes para una integración efectiva. Integrar nuevas funcionalidades y realizar mejoras en las aplicaciones existentes. Garantizar la calidad, funcionalidad y rendimiento del software a través de pruebas exhaustivas. Proveer soporte técnico avanzado, resolviendo desafíos de integración y mantenimiento.

**Requisitos**:
**Requisitos Técnicos**: Grado en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o campo relacionado. Experiência comprobable en desarrollo backend con Node.js y/o en desarrollo frontend con React y Typescript. La experiência en ambas áreas (fullstack) es un plus. Conocimiento en Golang es altamente deseable. Conocimientos sólidos de buenas prácticas en el desarrollo de software, incluyendo clean code, arquitectura de software, unit testing y functional testing. Habilidad para trabajar con CSS y colaborar con equipos de UX/UI en la implementación de interfaces de usuario. Capacidad para manejar la integración y mantenimiento de sistemas complejos en entornos dinámicos.

**Habilidades Interpersonales**: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para interactuar con roles ejecutivos y clientes. Inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable). Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos. Pensamiento crítico y habilidad para resolver problemas complejos de manera creativa. Fuerte orientación al cliente y habilidades de negociación. Autonomía y capacidad para tomar decisiones bajo presión.
