Technical Support Engineer L3

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer L3 to join our dynamic team You will play a pivotal role in helping our technical support team by leveraging your technical expertise to understand our clients' needs, design customized solutions, and demonstrate how our products and services can address their specific challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our company's products or services, including their features, capabilities, and technical specifications.
- Create tailored solutions using our products or services, complete with architecture diagrams and configurations.
- Respond to and resolve incidents quickly, working collaboratively with development and operations teams to address critical issues.
- Provide responsive technical support, answering client questions and addressing concerns throughout the post-sales process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and company capabilities.
- Foster long-term client relationships by providing post-sales support, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges or roadblocks that may arise during the post-sales process. Create technical documentation, including specifications and use cases.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer or related positions.
- High English proficiency is a must
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful IT solutions.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure components.
- Experience in client-facing roles, understanding client needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
- Expertise in cloud computing platforms e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho is a plus)
