**Intechsol Corp.** is seeking a full-time **Sales/Marketing Assistant** to join our team in Caguas, PR.
**Job Summary**:
The Sales Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the sales department, with duties that may include planning/coordination of large events, meetings or conferences, complex project work, ordering materials and collaterals, and various sales and marketing support functions. This person will oversee processing sales orders and creating agreements on the Connectwise platform. Work requires initiative and judgment in supporting decisions and knowledge of department and company policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Type, file, handle mail, answer phones, and perform other jobs critical to office operations.
- Manage and process opportunities, activities, sales orders submitted by sales reps and check orders for accuracy before and after entering information into the Connectwise system.
- Keep Connectwise system updated on everything related to customer information, sales and marketing.
- Receive communications from prospects and delegate / assign opportunities according to the established process.
- Develop and schedule communications addressed to our current clients and potential prospects.
- Create and maintain communication with suppliers that offer service to the Intechsol Sales Department.
- Compile and update physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses, and sales.
- May deliver reports on things such as backlogged items and monitor inventory.
- Plan and coordinate events, education, and meeting conferences.
- Orders materials and/or collaterals.
- Create, copy, print, edit, and bind business-related materials including PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.
- Serves as the point of contact for sales representatives who are out in the field meeting clients and making sales.
- Facilitate the preparation of presentations, proposal documents, and binders in response to prospective and renewal proposals.
- Follow all company standards and procedures as currently documented.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good skills in documenting meetings between sales staff, internal resources and clients.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Teamwork: Highly collaborative with other Intechsol’ s leaders. Enjoys working in a small high caliber team with high visibility to supervisors. Able to work and liaise with multiple teams, deal with strict deadlines, able to prioritize workloads and help other team members to achieve team goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
**Education and Experience**:
- Associate degree in office administration.
- One year in office administration is a plus.
- Technology savvy.
- People skills
