Software Engineer, Intern

Your challenges and objectives
- Learn and collaborate with different teams to maximize growth while tackling technical challenges in a fun and encouraging working environment.
- Gain knowledge of our platform by understanding the complex interaction of a wide range of areas and services, from network layer to final user.
- Work on a product that involves several computer science areas, such as highly available and performant systems, top-notch security standards, and intuitive user interface design.
- Help us build a highly flexible platform that allows users to customize it through tailored configurations and UI options.

Your day-to-day activities
During the first period of the program, our Interns Onboarding, you’ll be mentored to acquire and master specific knowledge related to software development.
**After that first period, you’ll move forward to**:

- Work with our Product team on features’ functional specifications (specs). You’ll learn to interpret and analyze them, but also to give feedback for them.
- Design and write code to develop new features.
- Analyze and review existing code and refactor it to improve its quality.

About you
- University student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related degrees.
- Superior analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Background or interest in one or more of these: PHP, JavaScript, Java, C++, Python.
- Interest in Unix, preferably Linux.
