Quien tome la posición asegurará la integridad de la información contable mediante el registro, verificación, consolidación e ingreso de las transacciones.

**Ubicación**:
Las posiciones tienen base en nuestras oficinas de **Puerto Madero.**

**Lo que vas a hacer**:

- Cumplir con las Políticas y Valores de la compañía;
- Contribuir a alcanzar las métricas de General Ledger y Cash Applications Finance definidas en los SLAs acordados;
- Ejecutar los procesos: mensuales/trimestrales/anuales de cierre contable y conciliaciones de cuentas relacionados con el área;
- Monitorear y ejecutar las actividades de contabilidad para regiones LA, NA, EU y APAC;
- Realizar seguimiento a los distintos indicadores del área internamente y con las entidades regionales;
- Primer y principal referente de los analistas del equipo;
- Coordinar las actividades operativas, siendo principal contacto y encargado de los entrenamientos;
- Colaborar en la administración de Recursos Humanos (ausencias, vacaciones, horas extras);
- Colaborar con el seteo de objetivos y evaluaciones de desempeño;
- Participar activamente en el proceso de reclutamiento de nuevos empleados;
- Detectar, analizar y escalar los procesos y tareas contables que presenten funcionamiento inadecuado o necesiten ser mejorados y posiblemente lanzar un nuevo proyecto;
- Mantener una relación y proceso de comunicación fluida con representantes de Finanzas y Contabilidad local e internacional;
- Responsable de monitorear la efectividad de los controles incluidos en los procesos del equipo (incluyendo SOX);
- Responsable de preparar las métricas KPI (Key Performance Indicators);
- Participar activamente en proyectos y transiciones;
- Mantener activamente la actualización de los SOP y DTP.

**Requerimientos**:

- Graduado de Contador Público o Administración de Empresas (Excluyente);
- 5 a 7 años de experiência previa en Contabilidad General (Excluyente);
- 5 años liderando equipos (Excluyente);
- Conocimiento de SAP (Excluyente);
- Inglés Avanzado (Excluyente);
- Experiência en Shared Services será valorado.
