**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and usability requirements.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to communicate design ideas.
- Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and functionality.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of the user interface.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Experience with user research methodologies.
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
