**About Our Client**:
Our client is a mission-driven organization transforming the pharmaceutical landscape by utilizing data to demonstrate the value of life-saving drugs. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business development efforts and contribute directly to our impactful work.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide exceptional assistance with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, tracking action items, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day administrative tasks.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Proactively reach out to potential clients and nurture relationships through effective communication. Training will be provided, but initiative is key.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize HubSpot to streamline workflows, track leads, proposals, and key metrics.
- **Social Media Management**: Craft engaging content for LinkedIn and manage our online presence to attract new clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or related role.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English required).
- A passion for learning and a desire to contribute to a growing company.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry (is a plus)
- Availability within the PST time zone for optimal collaboration.
