Your day-to-day activities
Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building.Assess employee development needs and recommend structure and career moves.Develop HR-oriented programs to positively impact change management.Serve as the primary contact to assist employees in solving issues.Manage onboarding, performance management and mobility for all employees.

- Interpersonal skills and a keen eye to understand different people’s needs.
