**What you´ll do**:

- Analyze their cases and give them a solution.
- Be the contact between the final user and the company.
- Ticket Resolution - E-mail.
- Identify, escalate and solve technical problems together with the IT team.
- Be the point of reference during the night shift.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as a Customer Support Agent (call center environment is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree preferably.
- Excel skills - intermediate.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Proactive, teamwork, and service orientated attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.

This is a remote position
