Personal Área Customer Care

Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de personal para el área de Customer Care. El puesto a cubrir es de carácter full-time, presencial, de lunes a viernes. **Responsabilidades**:
- Atención a clientes externos e internos.
- Emisión de remitos, facturas, notas de crédito, notas de débito.
- Recepción y derivación de reclamos al área correspondiente.
- Seguimiento de pedidos.
- Recepción y seguimiento de consultas.
- Movimientos de stock (ingresos, egresos, ajustes, transferencias, etc.).
Bioars es una empresa especializada en la venta y distribución de instrumentos y productos para el diagnóstico in vitro.
**Requisitos**:
- Proactividad.
- Colaboración.
- Cordialidad.
- Inglés (no excluyente).
- Manejo de Microsoft Excel.
- Manejo de sistema Tango (no excluyente).
