These reports are generated as part of various federal mandated systems. We hope to bridge the gap between the technical requirements of a webpage and user experience. Through your visualization expertise, we want to create data driven executive summaries on the intersection between homelessness and substance abuse, homelessness and the compounding effect SA has on homelessness. **Competency**—knowledge, skills and abilities detailed below. Strong competency in History, Creative Writing, Social Work and Javascript or Python. Policy knowledge, Economics, Political Science degree are also helpful.
