Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Sales Specialist para una Importante empresa nacional con 40 años de trayectoria en el mercado líder de ventas de productos relacionados al agua._

El Sales Specialist será responsable de impulsar el rendimiento financiero del negocio a su cargo mediante el diseño e implementación de estrategias de precios, gestión de cartera e innovación de productos, con el objetivo de fomentar su crecimiento.

**Responsabilidades del rol**:

- **Estrategia de Pricing y Gestión del P&L del Negocio**:Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de precios para maximizar el P & L del negocio, definiendo precios alineados con la estrategia empresarial. Analizar márgenes por canal, cliente y línea de productos para optimizar la rentabilidad.
- **Proceso de Innovación y Gestión de Proveedores**:Crear un funnel de innovación, proponiendo y desarrollando nuevos productos en estrecha colaboración con proveedores. Además establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores tanto nacionales como internacionales, con el fin de fomentar la innovación y el desarrollo de productos.
- **Estrategia de Producto**:Tomar decisiones sobre níveles de inventario y gestión de productos de baja rotación. Analizar variables de mercado y retroalimentación de clientes para proponer ajustes en el surtido de productos.
- **Definición de Lanzamientos e Innovaciones y Estrategia de Crecimiento**:Definir planes de marketing para respaldar los lanzamientos de productos, asegurando una ejecución efectiva por parte del equipo de marketing. Y contribuir activamente en la definición de la estrategia de crecimiento del negocio.

**Qué buscamos**
- Lic en Ingenieria o Administracion de Empresas
- Experiência de 5 años o más en roles similares
- Experiência Previa en Trade Mkt, Ventas y/o Marketing
- Conocimientos básicos de finanzas: repago, rentabilidad, p & l, márgenes, etc.
- Manejo de Presupuesto e inversiones
