**Main Responsibilities**:

- Setting up metrics for measuring product/functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement. Standardising the metric definition
- Measure impact of experiments related to function, analysing and helping in course correction
- Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings.
- Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
- Analytical articulation of a business or operations problem statement and using data analysis to understand the complexity of the problem and broad contours of potential solution(s).
- Becoming the domain champion of the product/function with a clear data-driven understanding of how our users interact with our product.
- Monitor KPIs, build reports, deep dive into performance, updates, build projections and handle independent projects
- Work as part of the product team to help feature design & development, monitor feature performance and customer sentiment
- Process and transport data in an automated way, ensuring their quality
- Creation of MVP and data products according to business needs satisfying technical standards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Management, Marketing, Statistics, Physics, a related field, minimum 3+ years’ experience working on business analytics projects (preferred)
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and a high level of comfort with numbers.
- Strong foundations in statistical methods
- Fetching and manipulating large data sets using SQL.
- Analysing and visualizing large data sets: Python
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A keen sense of business and attention to detail
- Being sensitive to the needs and challenges of stakeholders
- Communication - both verbal and written
- English (written & spoken)
- Strong knowledge building dashboards on Power BI or similar
