**Description**:
Be part of our Finance Team in Southern Cone

We are looking for a **Credit Operations Team Leader **to join Corteva. Among their duties, this person will need to:

- Credit Risk Management: Perform analysis on sales orders blocked and follow up with Customers on Past Due invoices
- Lead a team of Credit Analysts on their day to day activities, prioritizing their activities and seeking improvements on our credit and collections processes
- Lead the Cash Application process, guiding the Cash Application Team on their activities.
- Seek for efficiencies in Credit Operations activities through automation and best practices
- Maintain effective communication with Customers to address inquiries, discuss credit issues and build strong relationships
- Overview of Collection processes
- Perform internal control activities

**Qualifications**:** What you will bring**:

- Accountant or Business Administration careers related
- At least 2 years of experience in similar activities
- Advanced English level
- Advanced knowledge of Office package
- Credit Management Experience
- Analytical and Leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
