Operations Team Leader

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
This role will be responsible for leading daily operations, ensure compliance, and foster a high performance team culture.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee daily operations of the banking team

- Provide guidance and support to team members

- Relevant experience leading a team.
- Advanced level of English.
