**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Write and execute test plans / test cases
- Participate in agile activities, including daily standup, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings
- Validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Define automation strategies
- Develop test scripts integrated with CICD pipelines for continuous testing
- Timely communicate risks and deviations

**ABOUT YOU**:
**Requirements**:

- Expertise in testing techniques, like black box testing, white box testing, bottom-up testing.
- Hands on experience testing API-First architectures
- 3+ years of experience in Automation testing (Desired Robot Framework, Cucumber)
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Hands on experience in Performance testing.
- Hands on experience with containerization and orchestration. (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Fluent oral and written English skills
- Graduated in Software Engineering, with 5+ years on QA field.
- Knowledge of contact center business is a plus.
