We are proud to say we have launched Beat Tesla - the first and largest private all-electric vehicle service in Latin America.

We are currently operating in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Greece which is where our story started We are transporting over 24 million riders with the support of more than 700,000 drivers. **About the role**

The internship is designed for you to have the opportunity to work on challenging projects using cutting edge technologies with talented professionals from all over the world that will help you to learn and grow but also to experience our culture and have fun along the way.

You’ll have the opportunity to reach your full potential with comprehensive development plans. Our main goal is to support our interns on their skills development process

**Working in **Product operations** at BEAT, you will be responsible for supporting our Product Operations team members with Product Configurations, market research and helping ensure a smooth experience for our users in LATAM.**

**What’s the day to day**
- Working on different projects gaining experience to build your business acumen and develop your professional skills
- Gather meaningful data on our competitors and users in order to deliver recommendations that contribute to tactical and strategic decision making
- Leverage user feedback from our client-facing teams to ensure Product Quality in the markets
- Investigate, reproduce and report any bugs in the app and do a proper follow-up on existing incidents.
- Own Product Configurations in support of our Operations across LATAM

**What you need to bring**
- A student in the final two years of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Digital Business and related careers
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Basic SQL skills
- Creative problem solving and critical thinking
- Curiosity - you love to learn and always find the best way to do it.
- Passion for technology and the mobility area
