If you are a **Drupal Lead **and you are interested in working with world-class companies, submit your resume today ***: **Responsibilities**: - Lead and oversee the development of Drupal-based projects from inception to completion. - Collaborate closely with design, business analysis, and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. - Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, including code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and making architectural decisions. - Develop and implement best practices for Drupal development, coding standards, and efficient development processes. - Collaborate with other technical leads to ensure consistency and integrity of system architecture and integration with other enterprise systems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Drupal ecosystem and propose technical and strategic improvements. - Participate in hiring and talent development activities for the Drupal development team. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in Drupal development, with experience in a technical leadership role. - Demonstrated experience in Drupal development, including custom module development, configuration of views, taxonomies, and other Drupal entities. - Experience in developing Drupal 8 and Drupal 9 projects, with preferred knowledge of Drupal 10. - Experience in technical leadership and managing development teams. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. - Solid knowledge of PHP, Symfony, and related web technologies. - Ability to solve complex technical problems and make sound architectural decisions. - Certifications or training related to Drupal are a plus. ***Why Work for Launchpad?**: - 100% remote - People first culture - Excellent compensation in US Dollars - Hardware setup for working from home - Work with global teams and prominent brands based in North America, Europe, and Asia - Training allowances - Personal time off (PTO) for vacations, study leave, personal time, etc. - ...and more At Launchpad, we genuinely care about our people as individuals.
